 Andy
and Emily Rosenthal have over 40 years of combined experience in the
building industry. They each bring to their partnership unique skills,
talents and abilities that ideally complement each other. 13 Years ago
Emily & Andy decided to utilize their experience and talents to create a
company of their own building fine custom homes, renovations and
additions. Andy's expertise in construction management involves working
with the highest quality craftsmen as well as award-winning architects,
hands-on supervision of each project, overseeing every aspect of the
construction phase. Emily's strengths come from years of experience in
interior finishing, from lighting & kitchen design to the selection of
appliances and fixtures, advising clients each step of the way on their
choices. In recent years Emily and Andy have been joined in their craft
by sons Neal and Josh making Rosenthal Homes a true family owned and
operated business. Neal serves as a project manager and has an excellent
eye for detail on the job site, while Josh’s main focus is on the
marketing and the internal operations of the organization.
Owned and personally operated by Andy and Emily Rosenthal,
Rosenthal Homes has earned an outstanding reputation for building custom
homes and creating renovations and additions of beauty and distinction.
Our work has been recognized by the Maryland National Capital Building
Industry Associations Custom Builder Awards of Excellence and the Finest
for Family Living Awards, year after year. Recently Rosenthal Homes has
been presented a National Award from Custom Home Magazine as well as
being featured in several publications. These awards distinguish the
company's philosophy and commitment to uncompromised quality and
innovative design. Specifically, we feel these awards are a testament to
the uncommon attention to customer service that assures each client
their home is being "tailor-made" to their exact specifications,
accommodating their family's needs and desires.

 What
makes Rosenthal Homes so special is our pride and commitment to
working one-on-one with each client, never passing along the
responsibilities of decision-making to others. In order to achieve this
degree of complete customized service, we have chosen to limit the
number of projects we work on in a given year, preferring to focus on
exclusive, luxury homes without sacrificing service to the client. We
judge the success of each home by its timely completion to their
exacting standards within the budget. The Rosenthal's continue their
search for the most up to date construction ideas through their
participation in a Builder 20 club and continuing education seminars.
Andy is currently the President of the Small Volume Builders Council of
the MNCBIA. He has been elected a member of the Board of Directors of
the Maryland National Capitol Building Industry Association and
appointed a member or the Board of Directors of The National Association
of Home Builders. Andy also serves as a member of both the Products
Issues committee and the Custom Builder Committee of the National
Association of Home Builders.
