Health House – Potomac, MD
Collaboration is at the heart of every Rosenthal Homes project. Like
millions of Americans these homeowners, both doctors, and their family
suffer from severe allergies. A key ingredient in realizing their
dream home was to create a safe and comfortable environment for the
family to live in. The Rosenthal Homes Team was energized by the
challenge set forth by our client.
Working within the Healthy House®
standards set forth by the American Lung Association as well as several
custom solutions turned out to be the perfect fit for their home. Andy
took it upon himself to complete a builder training and marketing
program to become a certified Heath House Builder. Additionally, Andy is
also now a member of the Energy Efficient Building Association. The
result was not only a beautiful home, but also a comfortable and allergy
free environment that exceeded the family’s expectations.
