  Close-In...
The two final steps before the walls can be closed in for the Klein residence have been completed. The fire sprinkler system has been installed and the insulation completed. All new homes in Montgomery County, MD now require a sprinkler system to be installed. While this certainly adds to the cost of a new home, it also is an excellent safety feature for the family. The orange pipes that you see in the photos below are the sprinkler system. Once the sprinklers were installed and approved, insulation was added in the walls and the drywall crew began closing everything in. As you can see the inside of the home is beginning to take its final form.
