Mechanical
Rough-In...
The last few weeks have been very busy as the inside of the home and
mechanical systems are beginning to be installed. Prior to insulating and
closing in the walls, all of the basic components of the electrical, plumbing,
HVAC, security system, sound system and sprinkler system must be installed in
the walls. While this is not the most glamorous looking part of the construction
it is certainly one of the most important.

The electrician, Elvis, marks changes to the electrical
plan during the walkthrough with the home owners to make sure all fixtures,
outlets and switches are in the best possible location.
